Direct the secretary of Housing and Urban Development to review the Federal Housing Administration's single-family mortgage insurance policies, practices and products to identify barriers to supporting small dollar mortgages, i.e. mortgages under $70,000. It would require the secretary to report to Congress, within one year of the bill's enactment, its findings and actions the secretary will take to remove such barriers to providing mortgage insurance for such mortgages.
